Urgently looking for a maintenance trainee for our Hotel
Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from guest rooms and public areas promptly.
Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil systems.
Inspect hotel equipment and identify repair requirements.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of generators, pumps, water systems, and utility equipment.
Carry out routine inspections of lifts, fire safety systems, and emergency equipment.
Maintain kitchen equipment, cold rooms, freezers, refrigerators, and laundry equipment.
Repair furniture, doors, locks, windows, and fixtures as required.
Monitor and maintain lighting throughout the hotel.
Record all maintenance activities in the maintenance logbook.
Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Follow hotel safety policies and statutory regulations.
Assist during emergencies such as power failures, water leakage, and equipment breakdowns.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
