Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to production schedules.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications through regular quality checks and inspections.
Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent reoccurrence.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and team-oriented work workplace.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production activities.




Coordinate with procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and supply chain logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience : Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Production setting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
