We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our growth through targeted digital campaigns, lead nurturing, and brand elevation in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-ROI digital marketing strategies, with a focus on Meta/Facebook Ads and LinkedIn advertising to generate qualified leads for office fit-out projects.
Manage end-to-end campaigns: from audience targeting (e.g., corporate decision-makers in IT, finance, and startups) to A/B testing, budgeting, and performance optimization using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Create compelling content for social media, email newsletters, case studies, and our website, highlighting office design trends, client success stories, and CRM-integrated lead funnels.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with client lifecycle stages, including retargeting for project inquiries and upselling build services.
Analyze campaign data to refine strategies, track KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates),



and report monthly insights to leadership for business decisions.
Oversee CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot or similar) for lead scoring, nurturing, and seamless handoff to operations.
Experiment with emerging channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools for content personalization and prospecting.
Support offline initiatives, such as industry events, trade shows, and employee engagement campaigns tied to marketing goals.

Requirements
4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in real estate, construction, interiors, or B2B services.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, with a track record of driving 20%+ lead growth.
Solid analytical skills; comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
Excellent copywriting for sales conversion, with an eye for office design aesthetics and client pain points (e.g., rework minimization, budget efficiency).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in Google/Meta Ads a plus.
Based in Delhi NCR; ability to travel for client meetings or events.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
