Position: Soft Skills Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent English communication skills, solid presentation abilities, technical awareness, and a positive attitude to train students and prepare them for successful careers in today's competitive job market.

Key Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory)
Robust presentation and public speaking skills
Smart personality with a skilled attitude and appearance
Good knowledge of corporate etiquette and workplace communication
Basic technical knowledge and ability to train students from various technical backgrounds




Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to conduct interactive classroom sessions and workshops
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Soft Skills Training, Communication Training, or Corporate Training preferred

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette
Train students in spoken English, interview preparation, group discussions, and presentation skills
Conduct mock interviews and career readiness sessions
Enhance students' confidence, leadership, teamwork, and workplace behavior
Support placement activities through employability training
Develop training materials, assessments, and workshop content
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
