Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
Check quality of materials and workmanship.
Ensure project completion within timeline.
Handle client/site visits and provide updates when required.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and CRM departments.

Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years (Real Estate/Construction preferred)

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and understand drawings
Site management and coordination skills
Problem-solving ability
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
