Job Location: Gujarat / Kharkhoda / Manesar / Gurgaon

Required Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical , Electronics Engineering)

Required Experience:
Diploma: 9.9 - 17 Years

B.Tech: 3 – 7 Years

Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end execution of solar projects from tenders to commissioning.
Conduct detailed feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and financial analysis.
Supervise & manage site activities, Safety checks & compliance, Project activity reporting
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, grid connection requirements, and safety standards.
Review layouts, electrical designs, and Energy Scheduling / Open access approvals + grid connectivity (11kV/66kV/132kV).
Engage with regulators, utilities, and internal utility teams.

Competencies / Skills:
Expertise in solar utility scale projects, transmission and distribution at EHV and MV level.
Proficiency in design and simulation tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, Zira).




Solid project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, risk management).
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of SHO-SHO KE-TAN-BI and PO-KE-TE-NA-HA-SI concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
IS Standards related to Electrical systems, Open access Regulations & Procedures

Must Have:
Utility Scale Solar Installation (Min 1 Mega Watt)
Able to understand and Implement Electrical Drawings.
Experience in Electrical Projects.
AutoCad, MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to initiate Tenders and commission end to end projects.
Costing and Budget Estimation.

Nice to Have:
Energy Scheduling
Open excess approval
Execution of Transmission line (11KV / 33KV / 66 KV / 132 KV / 220 KV)
Engage with Regulators, Utilities and internal Utility team.
Familiarity with Carport Structure Solar.
Familiarity with Discom Bills, ISTS / GNA Regulations.
