Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify recent business opportunities, generate qualified leads, communicate with potential clients, and contribute to the growth of our IT services business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer and should be comfortable communicating with domestic and international clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate business through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and other online platforms.
Search for relevant projects and submit customized proposals.
Identify and generate new leads for IT services.
Communicate with prospective clients via chat, email and calls.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.




Follow up with potential clients and work towards closing deals.
Maintain records of leads, proposals and client communications.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Skills Required
Good knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Positive proposal writing and bidding skills.
Lead generation and client-handling skills.
Negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing and related IT services.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Positive, professional and growth-oriented attitude.
