Compensation: ₹3,750 to ₹5,000 per week(The pay is completely variable and dependent entirely on the volume of work and successfully accepted surveys completed within the week)
Payout Frequency: Disbursed every single week

Primary Job Responsibilities
On-Field Household Visits:



Physically visit selected residential areas and assigned households within West Bengal according to internal mapping criteria and project guidelines.
Digital Data Collection: Conduct the structured interview directly on your own Android smartphone, ensuring accurate tracking, verification, and real-time synchronization to the core server.
Deadline Management: Systematically plan field routes to ensure all assigned surveys in your zone are successfully locked and finalized within the fixed weekly timeframe.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Hardware: Must own and use a personal Android mobile phone running a recent operating system version capable of handling the internal secure application. (minimum android 10)
Documentation: Must possess a valid PAN Card, an Aadhaar Card, and an individual active Bank Account under your own name for weekly transfers.
Linkage: The PAN Card and Aadhaar Card must be officially linked.
Preferred Background: Prior exposure or field experience working with NGOs, self-help groups, or the broader social development sectors will be given robust preference during evaluations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
