Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Specialist to manage end-to-end visa processing for international travel. This role requires strong expertise in documentation, embassy procedures, and timelines to ensure high approval success rates and seamless client experience.
You will act as a key interface between clients, consultants, and embassies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all visa applications.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Visa Processing
Manage complete visa lifecycle from document collection to submission and approval
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy requirements
Client Advisory & Documentation
Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and timelines
Review and validate documents to minimize rejection risk
Embassy & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with embassies, consulates, VFS/visa centers
Stay updated with changing visa regulations and policies
Application Management & Timelines
Handle multiple visa applications simultaneously with strict adherence to timelines
Track application status and proactively manage delays/escalations
Interview & Appointment Support
Coordinate visa appointments and biometrics
Prepare clients for interviews (where applicable)
Process Accuracy & Reporting
Maintain proper documentation records
Track visa success rates and highlight potential risks/issues
Domain Expertise
Solid experience with visas for:
USA | UK | Schengen | Canada | Current Zealand
Thorough understanding of:
Documentation standards
Embassy procedures
Visa timelines
Core Skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Robust organizational and multitasking ability
Effective communication and client handling skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
