Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our retail showroom. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, driving sales performance, and maintaining excellent store standards while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for the daily operations of the store.
Guide, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Ensure staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity are maintained.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed effectively.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Ensure company policies,



operational procedures, and store standards are consistently followed.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
