A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is a hospitality skilled responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable experience at a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar establishment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests upon arrival.
Assisting with check-in and check-out when needed.
Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to resolve issues.
Providing information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Maintaining VIP guest profiles and arranging special amenities.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
Knowledge of hospitality software is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages are often preferred.

Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in customer service or hotel operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
