As a Visa Executive at Chandni Group, you will be the backbone of our international travel operations. Chandni Group pride ourselves on a high booking success rate and seamless client delivery. Your primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end visa application lifecycles for both corporate and leisure clients. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong knowledge of ever-changing global immigration guidelines, and exceptional communication skills to interface with B2C clients, B2B trade partners, and consulates.

Key Responsibilities
Thoroughly evaluate client profiles to identify the correct visa category (Tourist, Business, Transit, etc.) based on their travel intent.
Collect, scrutinize, and verify all supporting documents (financial records, invitation letters, employment proofs) to ensure zero errors before embassy submission.
Complete online and offline visa application forms accurately on behalf of clients.
Coordinate with VFS Global, BLS, and various Embassies/Consulates to book biometric and interview appointments.
Draft customized,



highly qualified cover letters, authority letters, and correspondence to consulates.
Hand over/track physical passports and applications safely through dispatch channels or hands-on submissions.
Provide timely status updates to internal sales teams and clients regarding approvals, delays, or additional document requests.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in any stream (a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism management or an IATA certification is highly preferred).
Robust experience handling tourist/business visas for high-volume regions like the Schengen Area, USA, UK, Canada, UAE, South East Asia, and Far East countries.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), internet research, and familiarity with online embassy portals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
