Explain gold jewellery designs, purity, weight, making charges, and pricing.
Present and demonstrate suitable gold jewellery products based on customer preferences and budget.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with billing and purchase procedures.
Handle customer queries regarding exchange, making charges, wastage, and other jewellery-related matters.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery at the counter.
Build solid relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies regarding jewellery handling, security, and customer service.
Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and management teams when required.
Maintain knowledge of current gold rates, product collections, offers, and promotions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
