Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our real-estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our land/plot projects, following up with interested customers, and assisting the sales team in generating site visits and bookings.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our land/plot projects.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Convince interested customers to schedule a site visit.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers until conversion.
Update customer details and call status.




Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and customer meetings.
Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Previous telecalling, telesales, or real-estate experience is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
