We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service while supervising daily restaurant operations.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Captain or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate the service team.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.




Maintain cleanliness and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Train and guide service staff when required.
