Schedule:- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Ludhiana. This is a 100% desk-based corporate office role focusing on market research, client onboarding, and customer success management.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify potential business opportunities and build a pipeline of target prospects through qualified platforms like LinkedIn and web research.
Client Engagement: Manage outbound and inbound communications to introduce our services and handle initial client queries.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving their issues and inquiries promptly via Email, LinkedIn, and official chat channels.
Relationship Management: Maintain accurate client records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.





Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent preferred).
Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong proficiency in using digital tools, including skilled email etiquettes and social media platforms.
Must be a resident of Ludhiana or ready to commute daily to our office location.
