Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, generating leads, explaining project details, and converting prospective customers into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
Explain Navera Builders' projects, features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain robust customer relationships.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for further follow-up and conversion.
Provide regular updates on lead status and sales activities to the reporting manager.
Handle customer questions professionally and resolve basic queries.




Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Degree qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Malayalam; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.
