Service Staff / Waiter

Zestano Cafe – Thrissur, Kerala

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Staff / Waiters to join our team at Zestano Cafe.

Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Assist customers with menu selections and provide good customer service.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow cafe standards for service, hygiene, and presentation.

Requirements
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.




Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and good personal hygiene.

Job Details
Position: Service Staff / Waiter
Salary: Starting from ₹10,000 per month
Duty: 10 hours per day
Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Food: Provided
Accommodation: Can be provided
Location: Zestano Cafe, Thrissur, Kerala
