The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across functions. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, quality hires in a rapid-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to ensure role fitment
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
Coordinate and schedule interviews,
ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment
Track and manage recruitment data, ensuring accuracy in ATS and reporting systems
Drive closure efficiency, including offer discussions and negotiation support
Maintain solid stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across technology or data hiring
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) non-negotiable
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring volumes effectively
Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
Robust attention to detail and process orientation
Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and tracking ability
Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced hiring environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
