Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.




Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹9,346.13 - ₹15,389.13 per month
