Position: Commis I – Bakery
Location: Brij Bageecha

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I – Bakery to prepare high-quality bakery products while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards. The candidate should be capable of working independently and supporting the smooth operation of the bakery section.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation.
Follow standardized recipes and production schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
Monitor inventory and report ingredient requirements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Comply with food safety, hygiene,



and company standards.
Assist in training junior bakery staff when required.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
Positive knowledge of bakery production techniques and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Bakery, Pastry, or Hotel Management preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
