Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase teams.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Monitor machine utilization, production output, rejection, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Conduct root-cause analysis for production-related issues.
Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and production resources.
Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
