This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the business. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and skill development.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Back Office Workflows, Murex Connectivity 2.0.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Connectivity 2.0.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining high code quality standards.
Familiarity with integration techniques and workflow automation within financial software environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Murex Back Office Workflows.
This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ location.
