Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing the entire team and retail channel sales business and ensure complete market growth

· Responsible for new business development based on market surveys/market intelligence and trends including customer pain areas

· Develop, maintain and execute a sales plan to increase sales and meet organizational goals.

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensuresits strong presence.

· Build and promote robust, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

· Establish and sustain robust communication framework with all relevant stakeholders and channel partners for effective engagement

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of recent products and competition status.

· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions,



projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

· Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

· Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

· Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close current deals.

· Provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.

· Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflicts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
