We are looking for an HR Recruiter (Immediate Joiner) with strong recruitment experience, preferably from an industrial/manufacturing background.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, references & social media
Screen and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates till joining
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
Robust sourcing and screening skills
Industrial / Manufacturing hiring experience preferred
Positive communication skills
Ability to close positions within timelines
Immediate joiner preferred
