As a Digital Marketer specialising in Facebook Ads, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

JOB DETAILS:
Location: Sector-58, Gurugram
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturdays are WFH)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, set up and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Conduct audience research, targeting and retargeting.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding, placements and ad formats.
Create and coordinate ad creatives and copies.




Monitor campaigns and optimise performance regularly.
Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives and campaigns.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies and best practices.
Handle Search Arbitrage and Display Arbitrage campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads.
Valuable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
Robust analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Search/Display Arbitrage is an added advantage.
Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
