Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Amritsar.

The selected candidate will be provided with candidate data/leads by the company. The primary responsibility will be to call candidates, explain the job opportunity, screen suitable candidates, and coordinate the complete hiring process until joining.
Key Responsibilities
Call candidates from the data provided by the company.
Explain the job profile, salary, location, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Identify suitable candidates according to the company's hiring requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the concerned team.
Follow up regularly with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain proper records of candidate calls, interviews, selections,



and joining.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be preferred.

Positive communication skills in Hindi and English*; basic English is preferred.
Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to work in a recruitment environment are preferred.
