Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Prepare vehicle sales invoices and showroom billing
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Process service billing and spare parts billing
Coordinate with sales and service departments for billing accuracy
Prepare daily/monthly financial reports
Support audits and financial documentation
Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems
Use Tally/ERP software for accounting operations

Required Qualifications
B.Com
1–3 years of experience in accounting
Automobile dealership experience preferred
Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
