Job Title: Clinic Head
Location - Adayar and Madhanandapuram
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Dentist to lead clinic operations, manage a team, and deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and patient management
Lead and mentor dental team
Ensure quality treatment and patient satisfaction
Drive clinic revenue and performance
Maintain clinical standards and compliance
Requirements:
BDS/MDS with 2–4 years experience
Prior experience in clinic management preferred
Solid clinical and leadership skills
Positive communication and patient handling
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
