Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our E-surveillance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing electronic surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control units, and other related materials. The role requires maintaining solid relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers for electronic surveillance equipment and installation materials.
Procure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control devices, sensors, cabling, networking devices, and software licenses.
Obtain and evaluate quotes from vendors; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate with warehouse/inventory and project/installation teams for material requirements and availability.
Track and monitor inventory levels; reorder materials when necessary.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies, budget, and quality standards.




Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
Work closely with the finance team for invoice processing and payment follow-up.
Keep up to date with market trends, product innovations, and recent suppliers in the surveillance industry.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of surveillance systems and related hardware
Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electronics, Business Administration, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics or security/surveillance sector
Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
