WE’RE HIRING | SPONSORSHIP MANAGER

Location: Delhi NCR | Full-Time | Event Management

Are you passionate about brands, events, partnerships, and business growth?

We’re looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sponsorship Manager to join our event management team and drive sponsorship revenue across our events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sponsorship strategies for events and experiential campaigns
Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors and brand partners
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and decision-makers
Create compelling sponsorship proposals, packages, pitch decks, and commercial presentations
Lead sponsorship sales from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and closure
Understand client objectives and create customized sponsorship solutions
Coordinate with creative, production, marketing, and event teams to deliver sponsor commitments
Manage sponsorship budgets, contracts, deliverables, and timelines
Track sales pipelines, revenue targets,



and conversion rates
Identify recent business opportunities and build a strong network of potential partners
Ensure excellent sponsor servicing and long-term relationship management

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in event sponsorship, business development, media sales, advertising, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing
Strong understanding of the events and marketing ecosystem
Proven ability to generate leads, pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Solid corporate network and relationship-building ability
Commercially driven with a target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating win-win partnerships

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
Sponsorship Management: 5 years (Preferred)
