Key Responsibilities:
Conduct QC testing on LDPE/FR plastic cores, checking for density, tensile strength, elongation, MFI, etc.
Perform tests on paint coatings (PVDF/FE) including gloss level, adhesion, hardness, and UV resistance.
Operate and calibrate lab instruments such as QUV testers, spectrophotometers, MFI testers, etc.
Maintain and analyze test data, generate reports, and escalate deviations.
Work closely with production and R&D; teams for ongoing quality improvement.
Ensure all tests follow relevant ASTM/ISO standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of QC experience in plastics, paints, or ACP manufacturing
Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field
Robust knowledge of lab testing protocols and material standards
Attention to detail and valuable reporting skills
