We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder to generate business opportunities through online platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
Identify recent business opportunities and submit high-quality proposals.
Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements.
Prepare quotations, project estimations, and customized proposals.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
Coordinate with the technical and creative teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.




Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer,Fiverr, truelancer, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Positive understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and Graphic Design.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Graduate and undergraduate.

Experience handling international clients.
Strong understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
