Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Follow up with marketing-generated leads to maximize conversions.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments, demos, or callbacks for the sales team.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Meet daily call targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth lead management.Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
