We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support and grow our business in the Vidarbha region. The role focuses on dealer development, field sales, and customer relationship management in the steel and construction segment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dealer/distributor network across Vidarbha
Generate sales through dealers, fabricators, and contractors
Identify and appoint current dealers in potential areas
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers
Regular market visits and competitor tracking

Candidate Profile:




4–7 years experience in steel / TMT / cement / building materials industry
Positive knowledge of Vidarbha market (Nagpur and nearby areas)
Experience in dealer handling and field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred:
Existing network of dealers, fabricators, or contractors
Experience in steel wire / TMT / hardware products

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹49,125.43 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
