Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure quality control for all site works, including concrete, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing.
Maintain daily progress reports, material usage records, and joint measurements with contractors.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
Conduct inspections and raise IRs for client/PMC approval.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
Resolve technical issues in office and support the Project Manager in planning and progress monitoring.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure work is completed within schedule and quality standards.
