Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating when required.
Take orders accurately and communicate them to the bar and kitchen.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
Ensure guests' glasses and tables are attended to throughout their visit.
Upsell premium beverages, cocktails, bottles, and menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service stations.
Clear used crockery, glassware, and cutlery promptly.
Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and cashiers for timely service.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
Ensure bills are presented accurately and payments are processed as per company procedures.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards at all times.




Adhere to club policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
Assist in setting up and closing the outlet before and after operations.

Requirements
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate preferred.
Previous experience as a Hostess, Steward, or Waitress in a nightclub, lounge, bar, restaurant, or hotel is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Pleasant personality with excellent guest-handling skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced nightlife environment.
Well-groomed appearance and qualified attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
