Job Description
Project Management
a. Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects.
b. Developing and managing the activity wise Gantt, timelines, and resources.
c. Breaking down the project into short stories (or sub-activities) and tracking delivery of the incremental values, ensuring the convergence of the short stories to the bigger frame.
d. Looping in decision makers whenever a timeline is at risk and/or decommitted
System Integration
a. Driving the integration between Zumen, SAP, Windchill, ASI and any other tool for integration
b. Understanding the relationship between the tools to be integrated and developing the activity list for integration
c. Monitoring the consolidated list of dependencies with individual systems and tracking it for closure as per timeline
Risk Management
a. Identification of the risks - strategic and operational
b. Developing and managing the risk register with the risk mitigation plan
c. Tracking the actions against the risk mitigation plan for timely closure
