Minimum Graduation required
2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Customer handling and relationship management skills
Basic computer knowledge

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹70,000/₹80,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities
Handle and assist customers professionally
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Handle customer queries and service-related concerns




Achieve assigned business/customer service targets
Coordinate with the bank team for smooth customer service
Maintain proper customer records and documentation
