Job Title: Education Counselor
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Coordinate with the training and operations team for a smooth admission process.
Achieve sales targets and build robust client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
