Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, loading, and dispatch of steel products. The candidate should have positive knowledge of warehouse processes, stock handling, documentation, and coordination with transporters and internal teams. Accurate physical stock verification and reconciliation are key responsibilities in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward movement of steel materials and ensure accurate quantity verification.
Supervise loading and unloading of TMT bars, steel sections, plates, pipes and other steel products.
Ensure proper stacking, identification, storage, and handling of materials to prevent damage.
Maintain accurate stock registers, GRN, issue/transfer records, dispatch records, and related documents.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records.
Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, damaged materials, and stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, Accounts, and Transport teams for timely dispatches.




Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and loading schedules.
Verify materials against invoices, delivery challans, dispatch instructions, and system records before dispatch.
Maintain daily warehouse and dispatch MIS reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, discipline, and compliance with warehouse SOPs.
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.
Ensure secure handling of heavy steel materials and adherence to prescribed safety procedures.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, logistics, or inventory operations,
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
Ability to coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
