Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our products, visit retail shops/clients, generate orders, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and capable of building strong customer relationships in the field.

Responsibilities:
Visit assigned shops, retailers, distributors, or clients daily
Promote and explain company products effectively
Generate new leads and onboard new customers
Take orders and ensure regular sales growth
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Collect market feedback and competitor updates
Submit daily sales reports and visit updates
Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market

Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills




Sales or field marketing experience preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to travel locally for field visits
Basic smartphone usage for order/reporting
Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
