Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience and good knowledge of accounting software. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting activities, recording financial transactions, supporting invoice and payment processes, and assisting with regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle purchase and sales entries, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related matters.




Support the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
Assist with GST-related documentation and other accounting requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar software.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
Bangalore-based candidates only.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
Candidates with relevant accounting software experience will be given preference.
