Purpose of Hiring

We require a dedicated caller who can handle OEM, customer, and dealer calls efficiently, ensure proper follow-ups, and support the sales team through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to OEMs, customers, and dealers
Follow up on inquiries and pending responses
Introduce company products and explain offerings
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested parties
Record and maintain call data
Communicate professionally via phone and WhatsApp
Maintain database of leads and interested customers
Share daily calling reports

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English understanding required)
Confidence in calling and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets




Ability to handle WhatsApp communication professionally
Polite, professional, and convincing communication style

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in telecalling / customer calling / sales support
Experience in electrical / wire & cable / building materials industry preferred
Robust follow-up mindset
Ability to maintain and manage data
Immediate joiner preferred

Experience
0 to 3 years
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass
Graduation preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
