We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site execution.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Verify measurements, monitor material consumption, and maintain site records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC,



and Project Management teams to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, company standards, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience
3–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
