Job Summary

4CHAMPZ is looking for a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to train school students, develop their cricketing skills, and promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coach will conduct structured coaching sessions while ensuring a protected and engaging learning setting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cricket coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
Teach batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and match strategies.
Plan and execute structured training programs.
Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
Organize practice matches and prepare students for tournaments.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cricket equipment.
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during sessions.
Coordinate with school authorities and the 4CHAMPZ management team.




Submit attendance and training reports as required.

Eligibility
Experience in coaching cricket at school, academy, or club level.
Solid technical knowledge of the game.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.
Relevant coaching certifications will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
