Occupational Therapist – Key Responsibilities
Conduct pediatric occupational therapy assessments.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Deliver therapy for sensory, motor, functional, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Guide and train parents on home programs and therapy strategies.
Conduct developmental and sensory screenings.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
Participate in parent education, workshops, and community outreach.
Ensure a secure and child-friendly therapy setting.




Stay updated with evidence-based pediatric OT practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Registration with AIOTA or relevant licensing body.
2–5 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
Experience managing children with developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and learning difficulties.
Robust assessment, therapy planning, and observation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
