Job Summary

SAP - HCM-OM/PA/PTM Consultant Sr

Design, configure and support SAP ECC HCM Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Personnel Time Management processes.
Lead workshops and configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, features, agile actions and workflows.
Configure work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation and time-transfer requirements.
Define integration among OM, PA, PTM, payroll, finance, identity and external time systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops and configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, features, energetic actions and workflows.
Configure work schedules, absence/attendance, quotas, time evaluation and time-transfer requirements.
Define integration among OM, PA, PTM, payroll, finance, identity and external time systems.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and user guidance.
Support employee and organizational data migration,



validation and reconciliation.
Execute SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, cutover and hypercare activities.
Advise on standardization, controls and country-specific HR requirements.

Skill Requirements
SAP ECC HCM consulting experience in OM, PA and PTM/time management.
Hands-on configuration of infotypes, actions, structures, work schedules, quotas and time evaluation.
Integration knowledge with payroll and surrounding HR systems.
Experience with data migration, testing and functional specifications.
Solid HR process understanding and stakeholder communication.
