Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update the system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.




Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.
