Stergy Cleantech Private Limited is a solar EPC company based in Maradu, Kochi. We design, supply and install rooftop and ground-mount solar power systems for homes, businesses and institutions across Kerala.

About the role

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build a career in operations. You will handle the documentation and coordination work that keeps our solar projects moving - and over time, you will own how that work gets done.

What you will do
Prepare and track project documentation: customer files, KSEB applications, subsidy paperwork and handover documents
Maintain project records in our ERP system and keep task status current
Coordinate between the sales, execution and site teams so nothing falls between them
Follow up with customers and government departments on pending approvals
Write down how each task is actually done, turn it into a standard checklist, and improve it
Use AI tools to speed up drafting, checking and reporting - we will train you on this

What we are looking for
Any graduate: B.Com, BBA, BA,



B.Sc or engineering, all welcome
Explicit written English, as you will be writing customer emails and internal documents daily
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, and willing to learn recent software quickly
Malayalam fluency for customer and department calls
Organised, careful with detail, and able to follow up without being reminded
Freshers are welcome. Attitude matters more than experience
